減肥修身是女性終身事業,但原來keep fit不一定要爆汗運動,改善日常姿勢也可令體態更美。日本一名43歲美女健身教練就親身示範,分享「坐姿減肥法」無痛減去頑固肚腩,前後差異頗大。

43歲已為人母的Yumi從事健身行業,40歲起開始意識到身型變化,開始積極減肥,但發覺無論是透過有氧運動或減脂訓練,也無法把肚腩減掉,而且體態線條也不好看。
其後她領略到改善姿勢動作,可令體態線條更完美,於是她開始鑽研修身心得。首先是要分辨真假肚腩:保持正確站姿輕輕吸氣收腹,若肚腩消失,就是「假肚腩」;相反,若無論用任姿勢,肚腩仍然存在,就是「真肚腩」。

Yumi發現,寬關節是否在正確位置才是重點。她透過運用「坐姿減肥法」改善盤骨前傾及圓肩等不良坐姿,終令「假肚腩」消失,體態亦變得完美:
- 坐在椅子上,背後放上小型瑜伽球,用力將球夾在椅背及背部之間。
- 雙膝對齊,用物件微微墊起雙腳,腹部用力。
同時,她亦提出錯誤坐姿,坐著時應避免圓肩、寒背,而腹部過度放鬆、盤骨前傾、打開雙膝,都是不正確的坐姿,久而久之會影響體態。
